All order are pulled in line to be processed immediately after an order is placed. If you have received the tracking confirmation email that means that your order has been processed to ship.
If your package was shipped with an insufficient address, the postal service will typically ship the package back to sender.
If a new shipping label has to be created for your package, an invoice will be sent and must be paid by buyer prior to the package being reshipped.
Yes! Multiple orders will be consolidated into one package, if all items can fit, and you will be refunded the shipping difference.
Weight, location, and package size will all play a factor in how much shipping will cost upon consolidating your orders.
If you have received the tracking confirmation email for your first order, prior to placing a second, this means that your first order has been closed. The shipping cost will not be refunded for your second order as this will be used to ship your next package.

The shipping rates at checkout are real time postal rates. Third party shipping companies are used to ship international orders. The shipping purchased at checkout may cost more than what the actual shipping label cost is. If the shipping cost is less than what you purchased at checkout, you will be refunded the shipping difference.
All packages are shipped out as DDU. It is the buyers responsibility to know your countries customs duties & taxes.
There will be no refunds for the refusal of a package upon delivery due to fees owed on your package. Please purchase responsibly.
NO THIRD PARTY ORDERS: If an order is placed from the US or any other country but the shipping is to an international address, your order will be canceled.
If you are wanting to send the package internationally, you must have the package sent to your US address from Ordinary Selenophile. You can then take the package to your local postal facility and ship it internationally on your own as fees will apply.

Sold out garments are not restocked all at once. Restocks will be over time as this leaves room for new designs to hit the shop while keeping your past favorites available in due time. As all garments are handmade slow sustainable fashion, it will take some time for items to be crafted and restocked. Secure garments while you can as the item may be one of a kind or may not restock for some time.

No! As each garment is handmade, whether it is tie dye or patchwork, the patterns, colors and placements will vary for all as each one made is to be considered ‘one of a kind’ as no two pairs will ever be identical. The pictures are used for reference to show the style and the fit of the garment only.
The item you receive may have brighter or duller colors, more colors placed in an area than others, white showing through tie dye items, tie dye patterns being different than the images, patchwork items may have more color placements and patterns than others as they are made from recycled pieces, etc.
Actual product color may vary from the images shown. Every monitor or mobile display has a different capability to display colors, and every individual may see these colors differently. In addition, lighting conditions at the time the photo was taken can also affect an image's color. Ordinary Selenophile cannot guarantee that the color you see accurately portrays the true color of the product.
These reasons are not considered flaws to a garment as this is a personal preference therefore there will be no exchanges, returns or store credit given for personally not liking the item you received due to the different colors, patterns and placements.
Most items that you will find at Ordinary Selenophile are 'free size'.
Free size is not to be confused with 'one size fits all'.
Free size, at this shop, means that one particular item can fit a variety of sizes based on the approximate measurements.

You can cancel your order within 10 minutes after your purchase. Order cancellations within 10 minutes will be refunded and credited back to the original card used to purchase.
If choosing to cancel your order, please contact through the contact form (located in the menu bar) with your name, order number and the reason for the cancellation.
Please note that if your order has been processed, packaged up and is ready to ship, you cannot cancel your order.
If contacted after the 10 minutes period regarding cancellations, your cancellation will not be accepted. This is to be expected.
Your height, bust, waist, inseam, rise, hip, arm circumference and arm length will all play a factor in how a garment will fit you personally.

Hand washing, or dry cleaning, garments is recommended. If using a machine, please note that Ordinary Selenophile is not responsible for any flaw to a garment after washing.

Important Pre Order Information:
Pre order items & in stock items purchased together WILL NOT ship until the estimated pre order shipping date.
Pre order items purchased together that have different estimated shipping dates will ship together on the later date.

Accidentally place an order for in stock items & pre order items together? No need to fear: If you have placed an order for in stock items & pre order items together in one order, however you would like to receive the in stock items first, please contact through the contact form below with your name, order number & inquiry.
You will receive a “mock order” invoice that includes the ‘in stock’ items only along with the shipping cost. The extra shipping cost must be paid for by the customer prior to the ‘in stock’ items being processed to ship.
After the invoice has been paid, your ‘in stock’ order will be processed and shipped as soon as possible. You will receive the tracking number once shipped.
When your pre order item is back in stock, it will ship as soon as possible & you will receive a separate tracking number for the pre order package.

If your package is still in transit and has not updated in the postal system after 7 business days, please contact Ordinary Selenophile.

If your tracking number states delivered however you have not received it, your package:
- May have accidentally been delivered to a neighbors
- The postal service may mark your package as delivered and deliver it within 48 hours
- Your package is being held at a local facility
- You entered the wrong shipping address when placing your order
Please contact the courier used to ship your package as soon as possible.
The courier used to ship your package can be located in the tracking confirmation email.
All couriers have an exact GPS location of where your package was delivered to. They can show you in person if you choose to go to your local courier facility and speak with them directly.
Ordinary Selenophile will not file any package insurance claims. It is the buyers responsibility to get in contact with the courier in regards to any claims.
If you believe your package has been stolen, you must contact the courier to stop all mail from being delivered to your address until the matter is resolved. You will also need to contact your local authorities to report "mail fraud". All mail will be paused from being delivered to your address until the matter is investigated further.
THERE WILL BE NO REIMBURSEMENTS FROM ORDINARY SELENOPHILE FOR ANY LOST OR STOLEN MAIL - zero exceptions. The postal service is to reimburse for a lost package if it was at their expense as packages are insured. If your package was stolen, the authorities will need to investigate the matter to retrieve your goods.

The approximate measurements are generally accurate however they may vary slightly as the garments are handmade. This is not to be considered a flaw as the garment is handmade and may have minor imperfections.

• Holes smaller than a pencil eraser
• Fabrics being uncomfortable
• Overlooking descriptions & policies
• Markings smaller than a pencil eraser, etc.
• Garments not being identical to the picture - due to items being handmade, items are to be considered ‘one of a kind’ - the pictures are only used for reference to show the style & fit of the garment only. The patterns, colors & placements will vary.
• Garments not fitting you - please refer to the approximate measurements in the descriptions of all items. If additional measurements are needed prior to a purchase being made, please contact through the contact form.
• Any flaw to a garment after it has been washed. Please view the care instructions in the menu bar for more details.
• Colors not being as bright as the pictures - due to the lighting conditions at the time of all pictures, as well as all monitors portraying different colors, Ordinary Selenophile cannot guarantee that the color you see accurately portrays the true color of the item.
All garments are thoroughly checked for flaws. With that being said, flaws can be missed at times. Due to the garments being handmade, and most made out of recycled fabrics, minor imperfections may occur and are to be expected.

If there is a flaw with your garment, please contact through the contact form below within 24 HOURS of your package being delivered. We will discuss the flaw and further exchange options.

Any package shipped to Ordinary Selenophile after 48 hours of receiving the return label will be returned back to you.
Please note that if, and only if, an exchange or reimbursement is discussed or given, that is up to my discretion only and it will vary on a case per case basis. There is no guarantee you will be able to exchange or be reimbursed. If, and only if, a reimbursement is discussed, as well as given, it will be given in the form of store credit only by a virtual gift card. Please note that your inquiry may not be accepted for an exchange or reimbursement for store credit - this is to be expected.
A restocking fee is charged to a customer when merchandise is returned for store credit.
If you have an exchange, or return, for store credit that has been accepted for a garment without a flaw, a restock fee will apply.
30% of the item(s) total will be deducted from the store credit given.
Packages may be returned to sender due to a variety of different reasons.
• Insufficient Address on your order
• Not including apartment numbers on your order
• Not paying for customs duties and taxes upon delivery (international only)
• A marking on the label during shipping that prevents the address from being seen
• Per the customers request, a package being held at a local post office that is not picked up for more than 10 days
• Missing mail that was found and returned to sender
In the event that your package has to been returned to sender to reship, the shipping cost for the new shipment must be paid for by the customer prior to your package being reshipped if it was a customer error.
If the package was returned to sender due to a post office or delivery driver error, the shipping cost to resend the package will be covered by Ordinary Selenophile.
In the event that your package is returned to the sender a second time, or you refused the package for not wanting to pay international fees, there will be no reimbursements, returns, exchanges or store credit given. All reimbursements must be taken up with your local post office during this time.
RESTOCK FEES WILL APPLY.
30% of your item(s) total will be deducted from the store credit given if your package is returned to a sender a second time and you have requested a refund. If your package is accepted for a refund, this will be given in store credit, minus the restocking fee, in the form of a virtual gift card.
