📦 You will receive a tracking confirmation email once your package is closed & ready to ship. Please be sure to check your promotions or spam folder in your email to locate the tracking confirmation. Please allow some time for all packages to update in the postal system, after the tracking confirmation email has been sent, as standard orders are dropped off in bulk to the postal carrier 1-2 times per week.

MULTIPLE ORDERS: Multiple orders must be placed within 7 business days of each other. Please allow 7-14 business days, starting from your most recent order, for your multiple orders to be consolidated, processed & shipped, unless your orders are placed as rushed orders. 

You will receive a refund, for the shipping cost difference, for consolidated orders. Weight, package size & location will determine the shipping cost, difference and how much will be refunded.

Multiple orders placed after 7 business days of each other will not be consolidated and will ship separately. Multiple orders that cannot fit together in a polymailer up to 19 x 24, your orders will not be consolidated and will ship separately.

If you have already received the tracking confirmation email for your first order, before a second order has been placed, your orders will not be consolidated as your first order has already been processed to ship.

RUSHED SHIPPING: If an order is needed by a certain date or time frame, a “rushed” order can be placed. Please keep in mind that this is slow fashion, not fast fashion, and it will take some time for all orders to be processed & shipped after your order is placed.

After your order is placed, your order will be processed in 7-14 business days to get ready for shipment. Please keep in mind that the shipping purchased at checkout is not based on your purchase date. The shipping purchased at checkout is for the estimated delivery time after a package has been processed and shipped.
