RUSHED ORDERS

All music festival, holiday or event orders that are needed by a specific date must be placed as a rushed order, even if purchasing ahead of time or before the festival order deadlines.

HOW TO PLACE A RUSHED ORDER: 

• Before checkout, please tap the shopping cart, in the right hand corner at the top of the website, to view your cart.

• Beneath the items that you have added to your cart, there will be a “+ add order notes” section.

• Click “+add order notes” and please type a note in the box that says “Rushed Shipping” & the date that you need your package by. 

• Click checkout to proceed with shipping & payment.

EXAMPLE: 

🚫 Shipping purchased at checkout is the estimated delivery time of a package after your order has been processed and shipped. 

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES FOR DOMESTIC SHIPPING: 

DOES NOT INCLUDE SATURDAY & SUNDAY

USPS First Class: 4 to 7 business days 

USPS Priority Mail: 2 to 5 business days 

USPS Priority Mail Express: 1 to 4 business days

UPS Next Day Air (Express) : 1-2 business days  

RUSHED ORDERS • DOMESTIC:  Rushed orders for a specific event must be placed at least 7 business days prior the event date to ensure the package will arrive in time with any postal delays. 

RUSHED ORDERS • INTERNATIONAL: Rushed orders for a specific event must be placed at least 30 business days prior to the event date to ensure the package will arrive in time with any postal delays. 

Please do keep in mind that postal delays & holidays will affect these times frames. The estimated delivery time, once a package has left my possession, depends on the shipping you purchased at checkout.

IF ORDER IS NEEDED IN LESS THAN 7 BUSINESS DAYS: If your order is needed in less than 7 business days, it is recommended to upgrade your shipping label to hopefully ensure your package can arrive in time. 

Please note that if you decide to upgrade your shipping to a quicker shipping option (ex: priority mail to priority mail express), shipping label upgrades can only be done if your package has not shipped. A fee will apply for all shipping upgrades as you are responsible for paying the invoice for the shipping difference prior to your package being shipped. This is only if you want to change your shipping label to upgraded shipping.

PACKAGE ARRIVED LATER THAN EXPECTED: There are no refunds or returns for orders that arrive later than expected. Once an order has been shipped, delivery timelines are handled by the postal carrier and delays can and do occur. Orders placed close to the date an item is needed are at the customer’s discretion. Because shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed, orders that do not arrive in time are not eligible for refunds or returns.

FRIENDLY REMINDERS:

• If you do not leave a note in your order beforehand in the ‘order special instructions’ box that says ‘rushed shipping‘, your package will ship out within the same frame as domestic shipping which is currently 7-14 business days. 
  
• Ordinary Selenophile is not responsible for your order not getting to you in time for your event if you did not place a rushed order, or if you paid for express shipping & there is a delay with the postal service.
