International Purchases

ALL DOMESTIC & INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING RATES AT CHECKOUT ARE REAL TIME POSTAL RATES BASED OFF OF THE WEIGHT OF THE PACKAGE AND THE LOCATION THE PACKAGE IS GOING TO. 

THIRD PARTY PURCHASES: THERE WILL BE NO THIRD PARTY PURCHASES ALLOWED FROM ONE COUNTRY TO HAVE THE PACKAGE SHIPPED TO ANOTHER COUNTRY. Meaning: if you live in a country located outside of the United States, or if you are located in the United States, and you place an order from one country however the shipping address, as well as billing address, is located in another country, your order will be canceled. 

If you make a purchase from Ordinary Selenophile to gift to someone who lives outside of your origin country, you must have the package shipped to you. You can then take the package to your local delivery office and purchase a new shipping label through them to ship the package to the country that you are sending the gift to. There will be absolutely no third party orders allowed.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: All orders will be shipped out from Ordinary Selenophile within 7-14 business days (does not include Saturday or Sunday). Once an item has left my possession the time frame of delivery will vary due to location. Holidays will affect these time frames.

DUTIES & TAXES: All international packages are subject to extra customs & duties fees that are due upon delivery of your package that may be invoiced to you as the receiver. This means you as the buyer are to pay the invoice for any extra customs duties or fees owed. Duties & fees can will vary depending on how many items were ordered and what your country bases their import fees on. 

Package Refusals: If you refuse the package due to not wanting to pay the customs duties & tax fees, the package will be sent back to me, the sender, after some time. Please contact me through the ‘Contact Us’ link to let me know you have refused the package. 

There is no guaranteed time frame of when the package will get returned back to me however once the package has been returned back to me I will inform you that I received it. You will then receive a refund for the items only, the shipping will not be refunded as this covers all materials used to ship your package originally.

Please note that refunds for package refusals will only be given if the package has been returned to me, the sender, unopened and the items have not been worn / damaged. The average time frame of refunds after they have been issued can take 5-10 business days. Please note it can take longer due to what bank you use and how long it takes them to process refunds. 

Refunds for refusal of packages will only be given to individuals one time only. If you make another purchase in the future and you refuse the package due to extra customs fees, you will not be refunded. Please purchase responsibly with this knowledge.
